SHCC, in partnership with AHMA East Texas and Southwest Affordable Housing Management Association (SWAHMA), is extending an invitation to you.
SHCC is hosting a free EIV Workshop on March 2, 2010. This workshop is designed for Section 8 properties with HAP contracts administered by SHCC. During the workshop, presenters will inform you of the regulations discussed in the Final Rule and requirements for EIV use at your property. The workshop will be held at the SHCC offices in Austin, Texas. Space is limited to the first 65 registrations (one person per registration please). The workshop will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. Lunch will be provided.
Please note that much of this information will be a repeat of that which was provided at an AHMA East Texas Workshop, held in Houston, on January 21, 2010.
